TWC Representative Turning a Blind Eye San Antonio, Texas

In September 2012 a TWC Representative was going door to door promoting a promo to add intranet, phone line, and our cable box was out dated and upgraded the cable box to the DVR and add an additon 3 DVR for free at not no cost.

The TWC was asked at least twice just to make sure we understood correctly and he confirmed that the service hook up was going to be free and no monthly charge to add these services, because it was a promo to keep current TWC customers.  They were loosing customers. 

When the work service men came to install knew DVR they stated that only one can be installed and any additional is at cost and that they had drill a hole to have cable run from the outside to the 2nd floor to connect phone line and they never informed me that it was going to be a charge or I would of put a stop to it immediately.  Will we were charged for the drill that they made and being billed for everything that we were told was a promo and no charge.

So, we accepted and in October 2012 we get a bill for $369.00 and so we called the TWC representative because he left us his cell phone number.

He stated that he would call his supervisor to fix the situation and here were are in December 24, 2012 and and received another bill of $469.00.  It is rediculous how they offer promos and then stick you with a bill.  

We have left a last message to the TWC representative, (which we declined to state by name the TWC representative due to retaliation, because he is a former San Antonio Police Officer), that if this issue is not resolve by December 31, 2012 on January 1, 2013 we will discontinue services and return to DirecTV.
