if you call the 800 number on your credit card statement, it is impossible to talk to a real person. i googled and found this site with this 877 number-
when the recording asks if would like to use touch tone or voice command, press 2 for touch tone, then when she starts speaking PRESS ZERO. she will tell you that you can talk to an operator but it takes a long time, then she'll ask if you want to try her instead so say NO. it'll ask if you want to take a brief survey where 2 different times you can record yourself telling them how much you hate them, then you can talk to an operator.
i called july 8th because there was a charge for 22 dollars and a charge for 33 dollars. 2 different magazines, same date. so the woman said they will be refunded within 72 business hours and that everything else was cancelled. well this morning i checked my account because i still have bills going through and that completely screwed me over AND I HAVE ANOTHER CHARGE FOR ANOTHER 33 DOLLARS! so now my account is out 88 dollars and i am soooo ANGRY. i called back and spoke to a guy this time named scott and i think (hopefully) he cleared everything up. i had these magazines going to my previous address which somehow screwed up that additional charge i was blessed with this morning. so i'll come back and let you know if my account is credited and how long it takes.
so just press zero and you'll get someone. they're happy to reverse everything with no argument- but it's sooo not right that they charge you WITHOUT ANY AUTHORIZATION!!!!
