TXU ENERGY lied,cheated,and are trying to steal from my family Dallas Texas

on april 30th a rep from txu said to get our electricity turned on in our name we would have to pay 190.00 deposit. so the next day on the first of May my husband and I went and took out a small loan

when we returned home i called txu and spoke to another rep who ask me to please hold for a minute,i did ,when he returned he told me that there was a mistake when our plan was first set up that we no longer had to pay the deposit.

i ask the rep several times if he was sure and he said yes that he spoke to his supervisor and that the deposit was waved.i asked him if it had to do with
the 14.7 cents a klwts per hour and he said yes!

so on a wing and a prayer i said ok {because they should know what their talking about.OF COURSE!} i called txu back on monday the 4th on a different matter and was told we did owe the deposit,i told txu we would not pay it

today may 8th we recieved a letter that txu would not be our electric company.per txu.i called txu again and they would not accept responsability and said again that they do want us to pay the deposit,now its 160.00

im not sure what to believe.
