As a very bruised and former customer of TY Electric,in my opinion this is not a company with whom one should do business with as the trust and ethics of the company and its president are suspect... Specifically, on a time and material job for electric service upgrade i was presented invoices which were paid in full as the project progressed, on completion TY Electric presented an invoice for about 50% more than what had been paid in full and represented as the current charges .. the invoice was presented as a total surprise, with no documentation substantiating the charges, no approval of any of the costs, no documentation and no signature for any of the work charged.. just here is the bill pay it... at the start of the job Tom Yatteau and i discussed the scope of the project and i trusted his word on charges to go forward on a time and material basis ...only to find out that his word was worth nothing.. So is you are thinking of using TY Electric in my opinion move along to another firm.. this one is bad regardless of their representations and talk.. actions tell it all.. TY Electric and Tom Yatteau in my opinion should not be trusted.
