Hello Diana, but I don't think that my communication is getting thru! I first complained about the dirty store, nothing has been done, then I told you about me not getting my guacamole on the tex mex dinner, and then I go and eat at the same location on saturday, and my ticket said I ordered at 1:11 pm I finally got my order at 2:27 according to my watch! There were only 3 orders in front of mine, and they got theirs pretty quick. Then when it came to getting my order, why is it that the 7 people that came in after me got their orders first??? And finally when I got my order, guess what was "NOT" on my tex mex platter??? When I asked the girls where my guacamole was they could not speak english(why can't they speak english) if they are dealing with the public especially in an all english speaking state?????? And when they finally put the guacamole on my plate, they did not know where it was supposed to go!!!!!! And just threw it on my plate wherever!! That was rude, and I was offended, and mad as hell!!!!!!!!!!! Also the taco that was put into aluminum foil and the tostada that was put into aluminum foil was put right into my refried beans, and when I took them out of the plate, there went almost half of my beans!!!! When I go and eat at another Taco Cabana, why is it that they know what they are doing??? And when I ask them about the guacamole, they tell me that yes, you are supposed to get it ont the little salad on the tex mex platter! Do you remember that you told me you were going to tell the manager of that store, and the general manager, well nothing has been done, or has changed! I guess I am a joke to the people at Taco Cabana!!!! Another thing about the cleanliness of the store, if nothing changes soon, then I will contact the health dept., until it does change. While I was eating saturday, gnats kept flying around my plate of food..... and when the store finally cleared out, why is it that no one came out and cleaned the floors, and the tables, and there were no napkins, no forks,no knives, and no spoons??? CAN YOU ANSWERE THAT FOR ME???? Why is it that the tables outside were nasty w/dried up food on them, the garbage cans outside were over flowing with garbage, and the chairs were stacked up like nobody was allowed to eat out there????? Also, the cigarette butt containers outside with sand in them, were full and overflowing, is somebody there afraid to clean them out???? The floors outside could stand to be swept and even mopped at least once a day.... I know it is not your fault that these people are not working or are not very nice to the customers, and are not cleaning the store like it should be, but when somebody complains, when a person would think that something would be done about it, isn't that correct Diana??? I am not going to stop filing complaints, until something is done about this location.........then I guess I will start calling, oh hell, I will just put taco cabana on the website www.ripoffreport.com and let them know how I am being treated, because i am sure that if it was being done to somebody else, they would complain also...!!!! One more thing before I go, why is it that the refied beans I get, some of it is dried and hard......I have a direct line to the actual health inspector on my cell phone, and I will just give him a call and let him know what is going on with this location, since you probably won't respond to this email, or do anything about it!!!
