In Aug. of '05 I ordered the LazerStorm vacuum that was advertised on late-night TV .$313.70 later, I have 4 vaccums. After several dozen phone calls I was assured that I would receive a complete refund .
Well needless to say,I never saw the refund. In
frustration I contacted the Singer Co. What I
learned was that less than 1 month after I ordered the vacuum, Singer filed in district
court for an injunction requiring Tactica to stop marketing products under the Singer name.
Tactica, which is a solely owned subsidiary of
IGIA filed chapter 11 shortly thereafter.
