The lack of power doesn't matter to me as much as the fact that I cannot buy any filters to use the vacumn. The vacumn doesn't pick up hair like they said it would. It takes a long time to do the job. It is good for small jobs.
I bought two also, but I am upset at the value I have with them. I am afraid if I had lifetime filters a lifetime wouldn't be very long anyway. My husband is highly upset with the quality of the materials and how the windstorm operates on the carpet and other flooring. He tried to tell me to return it when I first got it, I didn't listen, I don't know if it was wise or not. I still have both vacumns.
