See attached for a freshly minted affidavit (3/17/13) containing a full confession from Mr. Gregory Allen Burch, employee of Ronald Ashley Burton, principal of Pacific Equipment Sales, Inc of 18 New Circle Rd, Travelers Rest, SC. 

Tahoe now has enough leads and evidence to pursue this case of defammatory libel down every avenue possible.  Mr. Burton, it appears as though you ended your business career and all hopes of accumulating personal assets the day you ordered these libelous, defammatory postings on Ripoff Report and the other 6 or so websites you used to dump your trashy, disgusting lies about Tahoe.  The day of reckoning is at hand.  You can run but you can't hide. 

The amount of damage you did to innocent lives is enormous, and now YOU will pay.  All your current and past employees involved in this conspiracy to defame Tahoe will also be held totally accountable.  Fear of loss of job for their participation is no excuse.  Nobody gets a free ride, but their cooperation will mitigate the severity of justice our attorneys seek against them.

But when they come for YOU, don't be like your idle, Scarface, and try to shoot your way out of it.  It never works! And don't forget to thank Uncle Bobby for forcing these issues into court where they belonged from day 1.   I guess I owe him a "Thank You" letter at some point for forcing us to take you DOWN.

You are posting on this so can you please clarify how you are involved with Tahoe and what you know about that company?  

To the Texan who made the last two posts. First of all I don't own Tahoe equipment and don't deal with that company or there products. Secondly, I have never see a post from you with your name and telephone number. I challenge you to post it here. Then I will call you. Whoever you are, your a coward.

Scott says he's always looking for the person who post the truth about his scams and Tahoe Industries. He's a nothing more than a con. I've posted my name and phone number and ask him to call me but he never did or will because he's a little bitch who's running scared.

Well i just came across these comments on this site and i wanted to jump in.  I too bought some Tahoe Equipment, a trash pump and power washer.   I too questioned why i was able to get them for so cheap.  The guy i bought them off of told me he bought a complete package and he just wanted one item so he was trying to sell off the rest to pay for the one item he wanted.   Seemed logical and i know allot about power equipment and when i saw the equipment i knew the pumps and and housing were chinese grade which is fine but the engines are legit Honda engines.  If its a clone then dang its a good one because they sure do run like a honda, start/sound like a honda and are stamped and serialized like Honda does on there engines.

I have no clue about this Scott dude, seems like something is definitely up because i know there is no dealer network or atleast in my area there isn't but i believe the honda engines are legit.  Every so often you see Craigslist and eBay flooded with unheard of power equipment going for really cheap so i dunno what the deal is here so if anyone know i would encourage them to post on here.  

The prices TPE list on their website are inflated but nothing crazy.  Shop for pressure washers with Honda GX engines in them, they start around 700 to 1000.  Would i pay 1500 or a TPE pressure washer; no but i would pay 300 for it.  Would i pay 1K for a 3" trash pump; no but i would pay 200.  I saw a honda trash pump at a local hardware store and they want 1100 for a 2 1'2" pump so pricing is inline.  I just think TPE has 0 distribution network setup and they only product has been moving is through last resort websites.  In the meantime TPE is losing creditability.

You've seen my post and refuse to call me. You have all my information. Quit the false threats and take care of your business. Clean your name up. A man is only as good as his word and reputation. Your Tahoe people swindled me out of $5000.00. Use the $30,000.00 reward money for something useful and pay back the people like me which have been lied to.

As a representative of the company libeled and maligned in this report, I do hereby notify all who read this post that the company libeled in the post to which this post rebuts will pay a $30,000 (thirty thousand U.S. Dollars) reward to the individual who provides positive information leading to the identification, subsequent arrest and conviction of the individual or entity responsible for posting this fake report on this website. 
  
The individual responsible for these postings against the named company is obviously too ignorant to know he has committed 2 felonies... 1) Felony Computer Hacking, and 2) Extortion.  

1) Felony computer hacking charges may be brought against one who violates the terms of use of a website by assuming a false identity and stating lies about an individual or entity that does great harm.  

2) Felony charges of Extortion may be brought against one who publishes or connives at publishing any libel designed to induce another to take steps that would result in a benefit to the party committing the crime of extortion.  

In this case, our firm was threatened to not allow the sales people and drivers of a competing company to work for our firm... and when we ignored their demands, they committed the crime of writing these lies on this site, and posting them in such a way with headers containing our company name resulting in a high rank in Search Engine Results, in an attempt to harm our sales.  Have they been successful in harming our sales?  Yes they have.  Will they be prosecuted to the maximum extent to the law?  Yes they will.  

If you have information that would assist in identifying the perpetrators, Please email our company at TellTahoe@gmail.com.   Those who have already come forward with positive identification of the perpetrators, and those who have already contacted us in the past are invited to contact us again and make their appointment for a deposition.   In the event multiple individual's information and testimony is considered crucial in identifying and convicting the perpetrators, the $30,000 reward will be split based on the proportionate weight of the importance of the information provided in gaining a conviction, along with the witnesses' perceived credibility as a witness.  The order in which testimony was received will also be utilized in determining the split of the reward, so act today and write to TellTahoe@gmail.com, and share your key testimony today!

What's up with the sales pitch?

Hi my name is Scott and I am the person who's name you are smearing. First thing I will say, I am spending a considerable amount of money to trace the person responsible for this post. Then I promise you I will find you and seek Justice. With that said, You are a coward of the lowest degree. I have been in this business my whole life and have worked with the most talented people I have ever met over these years. I have also hired a few people who have not been happy, mostly because they were total gimps (Genetically Incapable to Move Product) or complete losers. Who I have a feeling might apply to you. Am I mad? I have to say that I really am. I have done alot for this business and have devoted my whole life to this field of sales. I have hired hundreds of salepeople and changed the lives of these men and women for the better forever. Yes my sales people make 200K a year. Every last one of them does except for the Gimps. It is rare that I hire a Gimp, I'm pretty good about that. I have an eye for talent, but when you step in that pile of sheet on your lawn, you clean off your shoe and move on. I have never put a sticker on any of the equipment I sell that is false. If it says Honda it's Honda. Period. I find it real funny how some people will have the diabolical disposition to harm a person who never gave less than one hundred percent to their success. For all my friends in our business, Thankyou for your calls and support. I really appreciate it. After all, comments like this hurt us all. For the person who created this post, You know what a scumbag you are, after all you have to look in the mirror everyday and see such shame.
