Dear Spilling Beans,
If you are a reporter than why do you beg people in both complaints to contact the media, why don't you just "Report" on it?
Also if you are a journalist why do you tell everything in the first person narrative as if it was your expierence? Isn't the first rule of telling someone's story to use quotation marks or to quote them?
For example Jane Doe was quoted as saying there was toxic mold in her apartment or I was speaking with Jane Doe and she said "we have toxic mold in our apartment".
I mean I don't want to tell you how to do your job but it seems like your so called editor isn't helping you any.
Please feel free to submit this piece to him or her as well, although I would suggest you try submitting your own stuff for editing before you start red penning someone else's.

I am just a reporter who has gotten reports from various tenants In the complex !  Your barking up the wrong doll! Why are you bringing up Colonel Mustard?  He has nothing to do with renting and there is no terror! Silly American! I am from England and man they said people say the dumbest things and I just read,saw and witnessed.  Sounds Like your bitter! Kind of amazing! I am a journalist and have to admit your out of touch when you think everyone is treated equally why don't you go read a bio colonel Mustard. I am sending this my editor!

I am NOT an employee of the company and I never once insulted you other than saying you write poorly (which this new response is an outstanding example, do you not have spell check?) but I digress. I would like to thank you first and foremost for calling me an idiot (more than once) than immediately misspelling my supposed job title. Now that is some attention to detail.
I am a CURRENT PAYING resident who has a pretty good idea of who you are from your previous emails and letters that all had the same run on and misspelled sentences. Your anger and out to get everyone is just plain tired. Either let them fix your place or move out! As far as not affording to move out it is understandable...but you can afford to live here?
Also since we are on the subject I don't what I proved to you since you did not have one legitimate issue... but since we are playing a game I will give it a go. It was colonel Mustard in the study with the lead pipe?
I FOR ONE AM TIRED of your misguided terror. I wish you would just sue them (since you know everything), win the case, get on Wendy Williams and move on my friend. From Inside Sources i am was confirmed by Charter Cable and other employees that management does like there! So I would not be mistaken that the management is writing there rebuttals to protect their own ass! So from your opinion and also your attitude it sounds like you work for the company or did! Well with that said those options were not presented to everyone! Plus to your comment why don't the person pick up and leave well! Not everyone has the means to idiot! Have you looked at the economy Lately! Well  I am guessing  no becasue you ave no idea of rights and also the abuse that has gone on! So it sad to say you are a sheep! Also you just confirmed my case that they was special treatment to those in the complex through you writing and thanks for the info! Also its the true that you are an idiot but if their is an issue of mold the company is responsible to gather all tenants and disclose to us the dangers or potential dangers of its migration. Though you worked for the firm does not mean you did the work . SECERTAYRY ! Does not make you an expert unless your running the test or even doing the inspections! Get a CLUE ! To the person who wrote this, I don't know where you live but I live at Taiko Village and while yes we have had some issues with water damage and security the new company has taken and is taking care of them.
I have lived here for a year and have never in my life found crack or used condoms and I walk the community every day. As far as gang members working here, I think it absolutely deplorable that you as a minority can say that about someone of the same. Don't judge a book right?
Bottom line is this apartment complex has had many problems but they are willing to work with you to fix your apartment and compensate you for your troubles of course within reason. Or you are allowed to break your lease no penalty.
Let me ask you this dear author if your so unhappy why don't you just leave? You have that right otherwise let them fix your apartment and stop this stupidity! Let the rest of the community live in peace without your drama and hate.
For potential renters there is no health issues and they have fixed and are currently fixing the problems. Like anything do some research before you move into a place. The major problems with this place was bad management with Pinnacle since they were fired and the new company has come in things have been improving, patience is a virtue!

I have been complaining to the Raintree Partners, The Pinnacle Family of Companies, and the new management team
Cirrus management that there have been several problems like water damage and Mold but they will not comply with the promises that was offered. The companies apartments all have Mold but have not addressed it with the entire apartment.
They try to claim its an isolated incident but every apartment has mold growing in the walls.

Also we are supposed to have a working gate at all times  but for several months the gate was not working and several people got robbed and even at gun point and tied up. The company tried to call an isolated incident that happened more than seven times in its complex.

Before I moved in I asked if there had been robberies the staff told me NO!  The truth came out when three residents who
stayed had informed me the same day of the robbery when I was moving in. The company tried to lie to me and say nothing was going on. Also the company tried to lie about the couple who was tied up and robbed at gun point by saying they
were drug dealers. But if the gate was fixed like it said in the contracts it would have never happened.

Also the company has ignored me about the water leaking on my floor for several months and now leaking in to my kitchen and also growing mold in the kitchen. The company offered me a hotel and doggy day care then they said no we have
guest suits. Which I know is for them to same money! So they declined me of my safety rights. I know all the buildings and the building they have mold spores and I have become sick more than often.

On the topic of Doggy day care the company offered the tenant the service when it was time for the bill; moreover, just lets say the company accounting is not in order.

The company has tried to deny all claims against them and trying to persuade the city that their buildings are in great shape but behind the walls is the ugly truth and her names is MOLD.

I moved and also spreading slander and fraudulent information amongst the community to cover them.

So if you find this helpful if you have lived in this building, know anyone thinking of moving to this building or who lives in the building already. Inform them of the dangers that they are in! Mold I nothing to play with and also constructional
Hazards are not a joke. You can be in your bathtub one day and it fall s through the ceiling. Just saying this because when you have leaking water on the floor and poor construction with a building that was sitting for 2 years without proper procedures it is bound to happen.

The city of Burbank has deemed my apartment a constructional Hazard as well due to the leaking water on the floor and mold.

Every day you can see bags of crack lying around and also used condoms!

The craziest thing that I know is that some of the people who moved out said that they were forced to sign or made to sign non-disclosure agreements or gag-orders. Also the company would pay them off. Only a select few who are living in the conditions of mold, leaking water, noise and mistreatment have not been compensated.

Also during the Holiday 2012 the gate was not working .Also just last night Jan  2013 there was a police bust around with guns
out near the building.  Yikes
