The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Rachel Varga during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases towards Take Two Nights.

Take Two Nights is a three day two night hotel stay that is offered to consumers through the company Grand Incentives. This prepaid vacation offers the benefits upfront by eliminating the guess work for the consumer, which truly allows for them to relax during their well-deserved vacation. Along with providing a quality product Take Two Nights is dedicated to providing the highest level of customer service. This is illustrated through one of their many testimonials posted on their website, "the representative provided a variety of options, willingly researched the amenities at each location, and thoroughly explained the costs not covered by the program. She was helpful, patient, and friendly."

Leads for Take Two Nights are obtained through professional partnerships they have obtained with respected travel agencies. The amenities offered through Take Two Nights are permission based, and consumers are typically alerted of their services through a series of email campaigns that thoroughly explain the program and all the components. Once a potential customer has expressed interest in this program they can call in to speak directly with a representative or look on their websites to obtain additional information about the program. Through the websites the potential customer is provided with the option to speak with a representative electronically.



CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – TAKE TWO NIGHTS

During the onsite interview Ms. Varga was asked to describe a situation where a consumer was not satisfied with the level of service or products they received. She expressed that while they very rarely receive complaints sometimes consumers have more specialized needs, and they need to make amendments to the packages. If a situation like this arises Take Two Nights is happy to accommodate the needs of the consumer to ensure they have a satisfying experience.

When asked to comment on the complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Ms. Varga stated the following, "we have processes in place all along the life cycle of the process. We reach out to them [consumer] by phone the same day or next or by email. We are proactive. We deal with the issue before it becomes a problem. We reach out to them. We do promoter surveys and internal surveys it gives us a jump start before it festers and becomes a complaint somewhere."

My caller from Take Two Nights, aka Coast to Coast Grand Vacations aka Mini Vacations was Renata, 877-718-1400 ext 1013 and booking dept 800-566-8281. Took the $99 credit card deposit, I specifically asked how long I had to cancel as I was going to check the Florida BBB and online for complaints and she said 30 days, and gave me the above ph#'s.


I searched the Internet and found hundreds of complaints! I literally called her back 5 minutes later and told her to cancel and NOT charge my credit card. She put me on hold a long time! Then came on and said Quality Control will call me back. They never did. Then I got a welcome email and then an email informing me that they charged my card an hour or two AFTER I told her not to!


I have called and called both numbers above, emailed them at info@taketwonights.com and at Receipts@gograndgetaways.com, called Mini Vacations customer service phone number 800-315-1036 and emailed customerservice@minivacations.com  and the calls just get answering machines, messages go unanwered and emails as well. No resolution yet.


 I looked online for anyone that may need it and this is their Seller of Travel Reg No ST36512 &

CST # 2099004-50

Received a call from Coast to coast grand getaways. Phillip Adam 877-718-1400 Ext 1257. Who apologized for the incovenience and stated if ever a problem to call him directly. He would make sure I got a full credit to my transactions very polite and professional. Anyone having difficultIRS with this or a aka of this company would do good to call him direct. He did specifically mention this site, so whether people from this site contacted him or they read it, either way, thank you Rip Off Report For being a customer Service Advocate!
