Tampa Bay Times St. Petersburg Times Taking their Times Tampa, Florida

When I ordered Tampa Bay Times to be delivered to my door, I was a happy and proud patron of the paper. After two months of not receiving it, I had to cancel...you would think someone would've cared.    

It has now been 28 days since I canceled, and I have not received a refund! I have spoken to 2 supervisors, 3 customer service representatives, 1 billing representative, and sent an e-mail to every e-mail contact (including the president of the company)stating what was happening and asking for help...no response and I still don't have my money back! From November!!

 What I'm told is that when I initially canceled, someone made a mistake and restarted my account instead of cancelling it. I was told "refunds only happen on Monday's"...so I waited...and waited. I offered to come pick the check up myself, and was told that there are never paper checks and a credit would be in my debit account. After 3 weeks, I called to say there was no credit in my account yet...then I talked to a supervisor who just kept saying "I don't know"...and another supervisor who said "this should be simple"...I agree, this should be simple. 

I live on a main road and should have received the newspaper I ordered! When I didn't, nobody seemed to care to apologize and apparently nobody was competent enough to process a refund...over a month! Who knows if the money will ever come, or if it will be in a check form or credit to my debit account...I am surprised and disappointed in the Tampa Bay Times..beware!
