Tanmoy Ghosh is a person no one should do business with , Hire or consult. He is the most unethical businessmanI have ever come across and this is a warning to all companies and individuals. He exploits his india relatives by not paying for web design projects or paying them very little to take advantage of being in control of the money and using his knowledge that they will work for almost free as 200.00 usd a month is a decent paycheck. 

He never meets deadlines on any projects is extremely rude and arrogant and and has cost me an extremely large amount of money and loss of clients. He has no web development skills he outsources his work to other indians but claims to be a genius I know this for a fact to be false. This report is to protect yourself from being ripped off or scammed by this individual.

He was fired from his job today due to the fact he was outsourcing work to other developers outside his company to pocket more money but never did the work. He made threats to me and my clients , tried to sabotage websites and projects with malicious intent, will refuse to work is never available and is just a horrible person to work with.
