He operates a myriad of scams out of his 'legit' business called "Targeted Business Solutions" d/b/a "Boise Urban Liaison Magazine", "Financial Services", "Cardholder Services", "RPD Medical", and "Green Saver Enterprises" to name just a few. is this guy an ex-convict now 'on paper', but he also employs ex-convicts (which is a violation of his terms of parole/probation). As if that isn't bad enough, these fine folks are scamming thousands of unsuspecting (primarily elderly) people out of thousands of dollars everyday. He accomplishes this by using a pre-recorded telemarketing
spam message ("Rachel at Card Holder Services" see http://youtu.be/JjKrwLdf0fk or http://youtu.be/RAuW-A6vrq0 for an up close and personal view of what this idiot is doing).
HE will deny any wrong-doing (big surprise-he IS an ex-convict) but don't you believe him! Ryan and his band of convict telemarketing scammers is bad news! If you value your money and reputation, do not do business with these scumbags!

Hello out there my Name is Ryan Moses and in no way do I Steal Lie or cheat anyone. I have 100's of clients that are vary happy with our service. I do not hide my name or my business you can call me anytime 208-549-5524 and we can discuss the above post. I feel that it is unfair for a good business to be trashed by someone that won't even give there name. If you have such a problem with me or my business file a formal complaint with the courts or the BBB. Neither one have a bad thing to say about my business. Guess that is because you have to give your name to file a real complaint about a business with them.

My Name is Ryan Moses and my personal cell phone is 208-919-9765 if anyone would like to call me and discuss this post I would be happy to talk with you. I have no problem giving my info out so maybe the people trying to hurt good business should do the same. This post is completely false and in no way do we harm anyone we offer a valuable service that our 1000's of clients are happy with. I don't own or operate a telemarketing scam and have no idea what "Rachel from card holder services" is or has to do with my business.
