Thanks to detailed billing on our cell bill, I had found out on October 15th 2007, that the manager of Sunbelt credit (Tatiana Rosado) of West Melbourne, and my husband, have been having unrelated phone calls during business hours AND after hours. These phone calls are anywhere from 3-40 minutes EACH call and were made anywhere from 3-10 calls a DAY on an average (except for the weekends were they are not open). We had taken out a loan on our vehicle a few years ago, and I know he had no intent of paying the loan off in full, that is how I figured everything out.
Upset and in shock, I had contacted her supervisor and took it all the way up to human resources, and even to Randy Ward ( I believe he is the regional??) since its against company policy to date clients of Sunbelt, let alone married ones. I had faxed them proof of the detailed billing and was told that someone would contact me back.
Well, here it is a month later, and no one has contacted me back. I have received November's detailed billing, not only are they still talking during business hours, but the phone calls are now from 9:30pm - 2:30a and the phone calls are lasting up to 139 minutes each call. My husband has left me and two of our children last month, and I have no idea if they are meeting up and when- YET, but I do know MY HUSBAND sent her flowers at Sunbelt.. as if that's not obvious enough, I don't know what is.
So, once again, I had contacted her supervisor, Misty Scurlock, and Randy Ward- and also filed yet another complaint with Human resources and emailed them both billing cycles- and I have been treated disrespectfully... as if what she is participating in isn't wrong and as if what has happened to my children and myself is not important. Randy has said that they are doing an investigation on their end, and will do what they see fit.
Here is my problem- I have complained twice in two months, and I have proof of everything EXCEPT Sunbelts outgoing calls, and they are treating me as if my family problems are a pain in their a*s... but its one of their managers whom has helped with it and its not being taken seriously. None of the phone calls on our billing cycle were documented on the loan, which means they ARE NOT speaking about the loan.
Sunbelt needs to get detailed billing from their office, so they would have the evidence they need to show that she was making way too many personal calls on company time. Like I said before, even if they are just "talking"- its against company policy, and she should be reprimanded for it. Sunbelt needs to get a grip and realize that this type of behavior is unexceptable and is not professional, whatsoever!
On the other hand- I am an at home mother of THREE children, whom one of them is not in the house at the moment because he is with his father now. I am not a fool, and I am aware that my husband is FULLY responsible for our family reaching havoc, but Tatiana is aware that he is married, because it shows that information on our loan, besides that- she is that branch's manager, and is very well aware of that companies policies. I feel that they are just slapping her on the hand, because she is indeed a manager. Its unjust and I feel they are NOT doing everything they should be.
