This company sells international calling cards to the Phillipines. 9 out of 10 calls either don't connect and you will still get charged for the call or it does connect but to the wrong number. When you finally get it to connect to the correct number then the sound quality is so poor you can't hear the other person very well. I have tried using 3 different phones and the same problem with all 3. This company needs to be put out of business until they can provide the service that they are selling.

5 Years later and still the same crap. Calls do not connect, or they still connect to wrong numbers. Call quailty is outright disgusting. How they stay in business in beyond me. I have been trying for 3 days to make a call and it NEVER goes through. One of the access numbers I use says the number I am dialing is incorrect. Don't know how a number in speed dial can be wrong when it has worked other times. Crappy company & crappy service. Much better off using 2 tin cans and a string!!

How funny that they respond saying they are a Good company with the lowest rates. Well they are a lousy company with some of the HIGHEST rates in the industry. EVERY SINGLE phone call drops. Doesn't matter if they give refunds or not. Who wants to make a call that doesn't connect or connects to a wrong number in a totally different country than the one you are calling. This company needs to be shut down. 100% of the calls are just terrible. Even if it does connect you can't hold a conversation for more than 5 seconds due to the sound quality being so poor. AT &T charges only a few cents more for the same call with 100% improvement over this voip company!!
Do yourself a favor and stay far far away from this company!!!
They need to be shut down!!
