Tax Group Center - Jake Shulman they took more money than was alloted and gave me nothing morgantown, Kentucky

I took my 401k out early after my daughter died from cancer. The IRS said I owed them 67,000.00. They made me pay 92,000.00. It costs me 1250.00 a month and T.G.C. said they would help me with this hardship. I am on a fixed income and they take over half of my income.I have no hope to ever over come this untill the T.G.C. promised me they would cut the penalities and interest off of my debt. I was up front with them, telling them I had allready refi,ed my home. The IRS already took 15,000.00 out of my bank and left me broke. I contacted the tax advocate office and they never heard of T.G.C., and no one was wworking on my case. I am now 5,500.00 in debt from a company that has duped me out of more money. I cannot life on what I have left and wish I was dead. This has caused me to become horribly depressed and caused me to take meds for it and anxiety and to take meds to sleep and am on a suacide watch. My blood pressure is sky high and my health is fading fast. Please donot let these people cause any other people to be treated like this. I need help to be able to live out my life as a normal US citizen. They should not be aloud to treat or steal from people in my situation. Thank you and GOD bless
