This company all they do is very simple, They Bait and call you and get you account information and sign bunch of forms to cover there but and after that is all set, They send a simple fax/e-mail to IRS to obtain all information about all your taxes from IRS,  After they obtain all the documents from IRS, they have a simple all ready done format on computer, and they ask for a payment plan and a reduce cost from the taxes that are owed or due.
Most of the IRS problems are al automated out of the automated computer system that spits out letters, cert letters and levys to individuals bank and so on, I found this out the hard way of course. We are settling all of our IRS problems with IRS agent, They been very courteous to the Tax payers ME and you. IRS is not as bad as you think, they will work with you, as long as you are courteous to them they will do the same to you and help you out, They dont want to take your house away take your hard earn money. They are an individual just like you
