On January 24th , 2002 I called a company by the name of "Tax Ready" to find out more about their service. I learned of this service from hearing an advertisement on a local radio station. During the call I was informed briefly of their service and that it would cost me $995.00 to start. I agreed only because I was offered a 30 day risk free money back guarantee. I know now that no such thing exists in this world.
On January 31st, 2002 I called Tax Ready back and requested a cancellation of the service and a full refund of $995.00. I stated that this service would not benefit me in anyway. I was instructed to fax a cancellation and refund request to Tax Ready. I did this immediately. I heard nothing back from them. On February 5th, 2002 I sent another fax with a cancellation and refund request of $995.00. I reinforced this fax the following day with a certified letter via the United States Postal Service. The certified letter was received by Tax Ready because I received the certified letter receipt card.
Over the last two months I've talked with many different people at Tax Ready (most of them very rude with no sense of humanity) Telling me to fax documents here and fax documents there. Promising that I'll have a refund in 5-7 business. I think I've told that 5 times now. I 'm sure other readers know exactly what I'm talking about.
Now, I have deal with another company...National Audit Defense Network...Same dump different pile!!!!!!!!! However, I will give this group some credit. They have better scamming techniques. They're almost convincing but close only counts in horseshoes and cigars.
NADN tries to change your contract by having you verbly accept to another one of their scams. If you accept, your chance of a refund pretty much goes down the crapper.
To this day, I still HAVE NOT received a refund of $995.00.
The losers that work at Tax Ready and NADN can only make a living by stealing from others. Because of that, they are scum.

NADN promised we could make thousands of dollars with this MallForAll.com site they sold us.So far
my husband & I are yet to see any of it.We have onwed this for 2 yrs.
Whenever NADN call to it is to solicit for more money.The told us when we bought the mall that there was included a site optimization,which would bring in visitors to the site. Later someone called to sell it to us for >$500.00 as well as what we already spent.
Each time they call it is a different reason to give them more money.I am trying to make money not spend more on NADN.

SOUTH Las Vegas NV. 89101 Call FTC Federal Trade Comission phone # is877-382-4357 file acomplaint follow it up weekly ! Call FBI of Las Vegas phone # is 702-385-1281 file a complaint. Call US Attorney at Bankruptcy Courts phone # is 702-388-6600 ext 224 tell him of NADN and how they scammed you. I am trying to inform all of who to call and send DOCUMENTS to. They say not enough complaints have been filed aginst NADN lets fix that problem . Pass this info on to all that need it . TOGETHER WE ARE STRONG LETS BE HEARD and NADN will GO DOWN Thanks Tom ST.
