I purchased a guide to help me with a test to teach French in high school in Texas. The "guide" was a lightweight piece of junk and it didn't even cover the 34% of the test that I was worried about: theory of learning second languages.
Now I realise there is no contact information, no way to complain or get my money back. I did get a "bonus" guide on self hypnosis. Say what?!
Just say no to Teaching Solutions.
