Bought a Prius in 2009 from Team Toyota.  I did want I never do, because of the hybrid thing, and purchased Extended Service contract, $1600 +, because at the table they offered it and explained that if it isn't used the cost of the insurance is refunded. Really?  Ask what the hook was and was assured there was no hook.  Just that simple, not used, refunded.  OK.  LIE.

After 70,000 miles I go to traded the car in.  Checked with Team Toyota about the refund  and was told that I would only get the part that was used back.  Here we go.  That's weired.  OK, 100,000 warranty, used 70,000 thats 70% right, yep, $1120+.  LIE.   Do the paper work and they explain that they don't do the refund there, that Toyota does and I would get a check.  Check shows up, $450.  Little light.  Call Team Toyota and get all kinds of double talk about how it figured, none of which comes close to the original deal.  $700 short, not really enought to get a lawyer involved which they know and figure on.  After buying 4 cars from them I will never buy another car from them or have any service done buy them, but that a whole other unbelievable story. 

Stay away from Team Toyota. They can't help themselves.
