I went to this company because I heard good reviews about them on other mmo sites, and tried to trust in them because they were an American company who would possibly get the job done much safer and faster than a foreign company. I realized after a week that I did not need their mmo services because I could do it on my own and it was taking way too long for anyone at this company to even send me a quick email stated what was going on with my account. If i tried to contact them by phone they wouldn't answer, they never answer the phone or call you back when you leave a message. If i emailed them it would take 5-7 days for them to respond back, and when they responded I would get a rediculous reason for why something wasn't done to my account. One of the customer service rep, who you don't even know are real because of the fact they all have the same email although one is suppose to be a manager and the other just a rep, emailed and asked me if I had the Paypal receipt and if I could send it to them?? I did not understand this because she was verifying that I paid for this service. Shouldn't they have received an email stated a new customer was abroad.
After 2-3 weeks of not receiving any positive information about them helping me I opened a Paypal Dispute. When this came open I received an email from the suipposable Vice President who asked why I was filing the report. I explained to her that I wasn't being treated fairly in this situation and I don't appreciate being left in the dark about something I paid for. She assured me that my account would be worked on and she would get her gamers to start right away. I asked her to give me 2 weeks to work on my account and I would close the dispute then allow them to work on my account. After the 2 weeks I asked them to start on my account. I asked also for some changes to be made in my account so I can get a partial refund and a different service. Upon asking this the customer service rep said they would have to talk to someone about this then stated that the times i set with them to run this service was not a peak time. I said they could use any time in the day, and I didn't receive word for 5 days.
I tried to email them back and Katie Jensen emailed me back saying she never received an email stating I changed the time. So I sent her the original email. I didn't receive any word back from her for 4 days so I finally got sick of this cat and mouse game and told them that i want a full refund and then I changed my password. I didn't receive an email back when I asked for a refund either for 4 more days. I then called Paypal and talked to one of their managers and asked what I should do. The manager suggested that I get the Local Union City PD invovled and since its and out of State Matter the FBI for investigation for Fraud. I decided to email them one more time to solve this in a civil manager. So I tried to email them one more time stated that I wanted a refund or I would contact the FTC, this site, the Local PD, and would try to contact the FBI as Paypal suggested. I received an email 3 days later from the supposable Robert Brower, yet again the same email address as the other supposable employees, and he stated:
There must be some kind of misunderstanding, which refund are you referring to and how much and the cause of the refund? I will handle this matter immediately after I hear from you.

I replied back to him that I have been asking for refund for a while and just want to get this situation done and over with, and I wanted a refund now. He replied back that it would be easier for me to pick another service and offered another 10% in services. I stated I do not want this service anymore that I wanted a refund. I didn't here anything from him again fro a few days and I emailed him back and asked what's being done about my situation. He replied with:
We will be updating our website very shortly with new services this week because of season 6; take a look at it and we can decide what to do about this situation together. We will also be offering an achievement service too.

I replied I wanted a refund again not another service. I also stated that I'm not sure what the delay is. 2 days later I received another email from this Kate Jensen asking if I wanted those same services. So I told her also I do not want these services I want my money back.
This is the last email I tried to send them yesterday and still have not heard back:
I want to know what's going on with my order now. I am not dealing with this anymore if this issue is not resolved and put into you department for refund I will have to take other actions. Your site down's Chinese companies about how they will steal your account and take your money; well what are you doing? Your making this into a very drawn out event. If a customer requests their money back you don't wait and wait and wait, and keep offering other services. I don't want any other service I just want my money that I paid for a service that I didn't get back. Nobody touched my account so I want the whole refund. There is no reason to prorate anything. You and your company messed up not I. I ordered a service and gave you all the information you needed to complete the service. Nothing was done; so refund is in order. Give me the refund or I will have to go another route to get the refund. Also I don't want to keep getting emails from you and your company asking if I want to switch my order to another product on your site. The next email I expect is an email stating what going on about my refund.
All in All do not trust this company. you can try to be civil with them, but they will not be the same with you. This situation is more like a mind screw than anything, and the only other route is to go to the Police from here. I am giving it until next week if this company does not give me my refund then the proper authorities will be contacted. I wish had waited a bit to see the other report about this company but I was already in his situation. So to who all try this comapny be warned.
