I ordered CS4 for the Mac 2 weeks ago. I thought it was pretty insane to think about how cheap it was, but I guess the price was too good to pass up.


I thought it weird that they hadn't sent any shipping information, and yet they charged my credit card right away. So today I decided to contact them. I saw that they had an "online chat" option. How convenient; it was offline. I then proceeded to call them. How convenient. No one picked up and I had to leave a message. I've contacted them to receive my password several times and yet I received no email. HMMM... how interesting... Sound familiar?


I also read a few other complaints, and they sounded identical to mine. "Mitch," instead of complaining and justifying yourself with how much time you're allotted in sending people their rightful software (how funny that you don't waste any time charging their credit cards), why don't you learn something called "Customer Service?" And if you do a quick Google search, this isn't the only complaint against you, and not the only one that looked like this exact situation.


Maybe instead of wasting all of your time on forums trying to defend your company, you should pick up your phone or actually get online and CHAT with people, and stop selling people illegal software that Adobe doesn't give you permission to sell. And to answer your question, you're apparently NOT running a "normal business practice" if you receive an F from the BBB (here's the link, everyone: http://www.bbb.org/charlotte/business-reviews/computers-software-and-services/techdeckdirect-in-charlotte-nc-217456).
