They have no goodwill or honor. They "fixed" my computer and it came back with a different hard-drive containing someones personal information, SSN, Account numbers, and even some personal videos that I'm certain (as I contacted the owner of the drive) the owner wouldn't have wanted to share with a complete stranger.
I have no idea what happened to my original hard-drive, nor the data that is essential to my business, not to mention that the hardware they stripped off of my laptop to replace for the necessary repairs simply was not defective. I needed a new wireless card. I ended up with a cobbled together Laptop that is a going to be resulting in a lawsuit for these clowns.
