Techie Warehouse Delivery commitment is meaningless Internet

finally receive the product ordered (smart phone case), the delivery was
delayed and customer service was of very little help. I ordered the product on
12/17, hoping for a delivery by Christmas which was why I paid for expedited
shipping (quoted as a 3-5 day delivery). The package finally arrived on 1/8 after several messages to customer service. The paperwork I received indicated a 12/28 order placement??? It appears they
take their time placing a drop ship order with another vendor and don't pay
much attention to the expedited shipping request. When I asked for a refund of
the shipping charge, I was pointed to a shipping policy document that was of no help. This was a
first and last order with Techie Warehouse!!!!
