On 12/20/2012, I ordered a simple armband for a Samsung Vibrant phone from Techie Warehouse.  The TechieWarehouse description read as:  Samsung Vibrant T959 Black Sport Armband Skin Case.  I received several e-mail confirmations for the order and then a subsequent tracking number, all saying that my order had shipped.  However, I never received my order through USPS.
 
On 01/02/2012 (10+ days later), I sent a follow-up e-mail to Techie Warehouse with the message:
 
I ordered the following about 10 or 11 days ago, but have yet to receive the package.
 
Samsung Vibrant T959 Black Sport Armband Skin Case.
 
On the TechieWarehouse site, it says:
 
NOTE: This order has already shipped or has reached the final stages of processing.
 
The USPS website says the same thing that my order confirmation e-mail said when I first ordered it. [continued below]....
.....
 
The U.S. Postal Service was electronically notified by the shipper on December 23, 2011 to expect your package for mailing. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date. Delivery status information will be provided if / when available. Information, if available, is updated periodically throughout the day. Please check again later.
 
Can someone confirm that the package has actually left the 'warehouse', or if it still waiting to be picked up?
 
On 01/02/2012, I received a response e-mail:

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

After receiving your email, we've looked into your order. Since you haven't received the parcel yet, we can assume that it has been lost or misroute in transit as this item should have been received by now. This is not a common issue, but unfortunately, it has happened in your case. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. I will have this order reshipped to you. Your reshipment will be sent to the below address via Priority Mail. Please let us know if the address needs any corrections. Please expect the reshipment in the next 2-3 postal days.
 
On 01/09/2012, after not receiving the package, yet, I sent another e-mail.
 
I haven't received any shipment, yet.
 
Do you have the tracking number for the reshipment where I can check with the post office online?

On 01/10/2012, I received the following e-mail.
 
William,
 
Your order was reshipped. Please expect in the next 1-2 postal days. Tracking is below. Please allow 12-24 hrs for the tracking to update.

On 01/20/2012, I sent the following e-mail.
 
Dear Techie Warehouse,
 
It has been an entire month and I have yet to receive my armband that I ordered in December.
 
The last tracking number you gave me says the same thing it did 12 days ago:

It doesnt appear that Im going to receive the armband that I purchased and I would like to order from another vendor.
 
I would like to cancel my order and any further effort on either of our side.
 
What do I need to do to get reimbursed for the original price of the armband?

On 01/23/2012, I received the following e-mail.
 
William,
 
I checked with shipping and it turns out this item ran out of stock. I apologize as my systems were showing this as in stock. I did not mean to mislead you. There was an inventory error in our systems. This is why the second shipment did not process correctly. We do have the item available in silver. Would you be interested in us shipping this instead? If not, I can have this order cancelled immediately.

I just had this item reshipped to you. It was shipped with the below tracking number. Please allow like 12-24 hrs for it to update. I just packaged this myself it will picked up from the warehouse shortly.

On 01/30, 2012, the package finally arrived.
 
The silver armband that I received was designed for a much smaller phone.  The product itself, the plastic sleeve that should cover the face of the phone, was stained by the black color of the arm strap that was stuffed inside of it, making it appear used and cheap.  Just to prove the point that the armband was not designed for a Samsung Vibrant, I nearly tore the armband just trying to get it to fit my phone.  Its like an adult trying to squash themselves into a childs outfit.  It was simply ridiculous.
 
At first, I was appalled at the entire premise of it taking 40 days to receive a simple product, but then it just became a running joke in our household, and then ultimately to receive a product that was blatantly misrepresented.  Obviously, I dont suggest that anyone order from Techie Warehouse, unless you want to wait forever for a misrepresented product that probably wont serve your needs.
 
Apparently, there are several major system and service fractures, and even though their Customer Service department was fairly responsive to my e-mails, didnt quite put the puzzle pieces together that something was seriously wrong with my order, or lack thereof.  If a customer hasnt received their product, you need to find where the disconnect is, not just try and ship it, again, assuming some other reason.  If your system is broken, you can try shipping it 10 times.  Its not going to work.
 
I know my grievance is long and painful to endure, but so was my experience with Techie Warehouse.
