Techon Digital Bait and switch pricing Internet

Techon advertised a Garmin GPS for a very low price - $100 less than other retailers. I ordered the GPS on line and as soon as the order was processed I got an email saying "call about your order). I did and got an very aggressive sales person who tried to sell me a memory card - "our prices are very low if you have to but the Garmin one it will cost you a lot more" (it's a standard SD card) then "do you want 2008 maps for only $108? otherwise it will come with 2005 maps" (the unit was only released in 3Q 2008 and I doubt Garmin are loading old maps). Of course I said no.

One week later I go a notice saying the units werr out of stock and the order was cancelled. They are still advertising them but the price has gone up!

They claim to be an A+ 5 star rated merchant and have "customer testimonials" (always the same one) on the web page but there is no back up or access to any other customer feedback. BEWARE!
