When I called to confirm the order, the individual tried to sell me a memory card for the GPS at an outrageous price. He (Tony) stated that it was "required" in order to use the GPS. I declined and said that I just wanted the GPS. He then advised that it would be 6-8 weeks before it would ship. I asked him why the website states that the product was "available." He said, "it says its available, not in-stock." I said OK, that's fine, I'll wait. I waited a few days and then called back to check the status of my order. The individual stated that the order had been cancelled and hung up on me.
