Beware with Techzilla.com, they are the fraud business supplier. They loot me by just lying in wireless router purchase.
Here is my story what happened. I called time waner customer to install wireless internet in my home. The time warner agent told me there is a great deal price for wireless router which is free of price. I even did not know about techzilla exists in US. After two days, when I checked my bank accout I noticed $84.94 charge for wireless router from Techzilla merchant. The actual price of router is $18 if you buy from amazon or any other reliable sources. Then I talked to time warner customer, they even did not know about the router purchased via previous coutomer service agent. They just told me, sorry we do not know about router purchased.
I was totally upset with time warner which I used to trust before. Then I seaached online for techzilla, and talked to them, they told me I have my account number with them. I simply told them I do not need the router purchased from you. I want to return as soon as I get it. I asked them if I return the item, do I get full refund, the customer service agent told me, absolutely. She told me that as soon as we recieve the device we returned the money within 24 hrs. She even told me, if I fax the shipping charge receipt, they refund me check via mail. Please, see how they did fraud with me.
I shipped the router via USPS to them. After, they recieve the router, I called them to refund money to my account. The lady, customer agent told me it takes some weeks to check the device and then money can be refunded. They start frauding me. I keep on discussing with her and then finally she told me we runded money to your account after about 2 hrs conversation. Next day, when I checked my acoount, there was only $59 refunded. I again called to customer service. Most of the time, they did not receive my call on time, I had to wait somet times 1 hr to get response. The customer service is so weird ever I experienced in my life. When I speak to them about partial refund, she told me that warehouse department told her to refund only $59. See how they start lying ,frauding and scamming. Then I did not find any solution from them rather than just lying, and talking nosenese things. Then I decided to dispute the money and talk to dispute department. I have to talked thme and ther dispute process is on going. Hopefully, I will get money refunded.
Please, please, never buy anything from Techzilla. They are liar, fraud and cheater. Their rebate program is just fishing to those customers who are innocent. Time warner needs to break the relationship from techzilla. Otherwise, I would say time warner will also lose the customer faith in near future.
