Waiting for results from the tax agent, to whom I gave my social security number, then the company number I had was disconnected with no call forward OR instructions to contact them whatsoever. they also shut down the e-mail.

It was disappointing to see the posting from Drexill Hill, PA.
We searched our records to see if we actually had a customer from that city and could not find one.
After further searching, we discovered and we are 99% certain, that this posting was written by a disgruntled former employee who had been terminated approximately 2 weeks earlier for violating company policy.
If we missed our mark here and this posting is from an unidentified customer, we really would like to hear from you so we can resolve the issue. We take great pride in performing above the standard and if we made a mistake we would like the opportunity to correct it.
When you read the other posting you can plainly see it was from a real customer that we were able to identify and we corrected our mistake.
