When We first moved here it seemed quite during the day, But at night it would be a free for all.
Our building has run with out a Manager for more than 6 years at least an on site Manager.
Yes Telacu had put an on site House Plant at each Hacla Building , But if One was ask this eledged Keykeeper and We still Don' know what the hay that means?
A person Who has the keys to Your home and does'nt want any conflict and dont deal with tenant issues and is not the Manager.
We have in writting asked that no one enter Our Home without One of Us present and a 24 hour notice needs to given for each work order and they even screw that up 75% of the time I wait from 8:30am to 5:30pm and no one calls and no one shows.
Yes Telacu walked into a Hot Mess But they are a company that has been around for 50years and i need to know how they did it .
