I ordered one on line and after I had supplied name,address and credit card information saw they had added additional products that tripled the price.  Tried to cancel the order by phone, regular mail and email without success. Returned the product unopened but Telebrands is denying receipt of it and refusing to cancel the charge.  ( Ihave the Post Office Proof of mailing but did not use "receipt return".)

Twice,by phone, a representative agreed to cancel the charge but that hasn't happened. Now  I see the same experience reported by another customer, so this is apparently a common practice. Scammed when ordering Lint Lizzard from Telebrands. Beware!

I ordered one Lint Lizzard from Telebrands.On-line confirmation showed that I was charged for three lint lizzards and two shipping and handling fees, when all I wanted was one.

This is an outright scam and a fraud. I attempted to resolve with the company, but was advised it would take two to three days to post the order. I notifed my credit card company of the scam and will dispute the charge when posted.
