The clerk asked my son if he had a debit card (for the same account-which he did) and the transfer went through smooth. She also said that they have "problems" with Telecheck all the time and most of the declines are "bogus". However since Office Depot is a national chain, they are stuck with the service.
NOW.....with all the mail fraud and ID theft, would you mail your "life" to a PO Box in Houston?
When I spoke to my bank this morning, they informed me that they have "dumped" Telecheck from their services for the main reason as they have had too many "bougus" problems with them.
Who does this company think they are???? SOMEONE needs to file a class action suit against them as well as have a "real live" person to talk to about this.
Thanks for letting me vent....will be pursuing this with the Hawaii State Attorney General's office.

POSTED: Tuesday, April 03, 2012I had an issue with one my prepaid cards and they told me when they run the card it tries to authorize in certain dollar increments. Most of the time the minimum purchase is $5 at most stores. I don't know what these people know that we don't but I wish they would tell us.
