April of this year we got another invoice. This was too much. I logged onto Rip-off Report(as I always do) and sure enough, two more company's just like us. We followed the advise, and contacted our Attorney General's office. We faxed a letter to Teleglobe Direct letting them know the action we were going to take, they called and canceld our "order" that same day.
Companies like these thrive off of big corporation, hoping their invoice will pass through to human resources and get a check made. They made a mistake with us. Question every bill, even if it's from the light company, everybody has a way of getting over.
