at its best!

I paid Teleten Marketing in 2004 for 30 leads, we recieved 10 leads that had all been hang ups. Since then I have called in 100's of times to try and collect my leads. Everytime I called in they acted like they did not know who I was. The 1st guy I talked to was Michael West. Everytime I called he would say you will have leads shortly. This went on for months, I tried asking for a manager and could not get thru, everytime I called they said the manager was not available or would call me back.

Finally, I got to speak to a man named Robert Lee who in return would not return phone calls and delivered promised lies. I then was handed off to Brian Brown after lots of calling and following up. Brian Brown kept putting me off until finally one day they agreed to send me a contract to repay me for leads I had not recieved, or provide me with the leads I had not recieved.

I kept calling on the contract wondering if they we're going to meet it. Brian Brown told me that the company was going thru some re-structuring and that they could not fullfill the contract.

Now the contract has expired and I have lost over $1000 to these liars! What can I do about this company!
Thank you,

Erik

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

Former employee agrees and was not paid!

AUTHOR: David - (U.S.A.)

As a former employee of this embarrasing company I can respond to a few things that Ive read on this sight in general. First, when I quit the company I was owed 2 paychecks and I was never paid. Many people spoke to a Micheal West. This person does not exist! The name is an alias, as is Brian Brown(who just left the company a few weeks ago)I see former employees all of the time and 95% of them were owed money and this is the truth!

The company is barely functional losing 90% of its workforce. The leads generated were recycled daily(my lone complaints were virtually laughed off as wishfull thinking). Most clients honestly did not have their contracts serviced because Teletin did not have the leads to cover their areas although the sales staff continued to lie and claim 100% full national service.

I too called the company and the owner daily to collect my unpaid wages but could not get through.David 'Alexander', the owner disconnected his cell phone so I had no way of contacting him anymore. Robert Lee was instructed pretty much to lie, delay, yell at, and berate clients when they sought a refund.

My fear is that Mr.Alexander is from Barbados and is hiding money there and may try to flee the country! During my last few months there I was promoted to one of the floor managers so I knew exactly how this crook worked. I could go on and on about that company, that being said im planning a class action suit with former employees that were never payed. I want this guy out of business and I honestly think that he deserves jail time as well. As a mortgage broker with a great firm now I dont have to carry around all of the guilt that I did when I worked for this company. Sometimes we learn the hard way dont we?
