Teleten Fully Refunded This Client
AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)
SUBMITTED: Tuesday, March 09, 2004
On November 19, 2003, Ms. Pollard spoke to a customer service representative regarding the status of her campaign. On November 25, 2003, Ms. Pollard issued a written demand for a full refund. Further discussions and negotiations occurred between Ms. Pollard and the company regarding the terms for refunding the $1600 she has paid. On December 2, 2003, the company confirmed the terms of the refund agreement that has been reached in a letter to Ms. Pollard. Teleten agreed to pay the refund in two payments of $800, and the first payment was enclosed with this letter. The second and final payment of $800 was sent to Ms. Pollard on December 10, 2003. Both payments were sent by Federal Express -- Standard Overnight Delivery.
Therefore, Ms. Pollard received a full refund, in just barely over a month from the start date of her campaign. Her allegations of not receiving responses to her calls and being left on hold for "hours" are not accurate.
