This company makes it impossible to cancel.  I am still within the 7 day period.  The person that signed me up told me that I could not get a refund.  I then contacted the company to put in a submission request to cancel and the "captcha" code NEVER works and is thus never submitted.  

I searched and searched the site and could not find an email address.  I then called the 800 number at (888) 886-5486, only to be greeted with unenthusiastic and very rude customer service associate.  The male that I initially spoke with claimed that he is unable to send me a copy of my request for cancellation and is submitting it to the "technical support department".  Technical support department to cancel a membership?  

I then asked him what proof would I have that I did in fact attempt to submit the request.  He stated that the only thing that I could do was call right back and have another rep verify that it was submitted.  I said thank you, hung up and immediately called back and was greeted with a female rep who (only after hesitation) confirmed my information.  

I have no idea if he was sitting right next to her and feeding her the lines or not, but it sure appeared that way.  Needless to say, she only confirmed the information that I had already told her.  I then wanted to have her add to my request that I purchased the telexfree app on my iphone to work with for $12.99 and it never worked.  

She stated that there is no telexfree app for $12.99, that it is 99c.  Well if anyone (including whoever is reading this) searched the app store for telexfree, there are multiple apps for $9.99-$12.99 and I was actually advised to purchase this particular app from one of their members.  

She then raised her voice and stated that she will "not be adding that information to my request because there is no such app!"

Could someone please help?  I don't know what to do. The case gets deeper and dirtier, but I would rather not post additional information online at the risk of repurcussion, because these scam artists, whoever they are, have all of my information.

I tried calling back and she picked up and hung up the phone. (Sales rep's name is Aisha, I just called back and asked for a manager.  She stated that there is no manager until tomorrow morning at 10am, name of the manager is Blake.)

Telexfree Refuse to Cancel

I just wanted to update that TelexFree has failed to respond to my request to cancel my promoter membership and my purchase, which was filed approximately 6 days after joining (there is a 7 day cancellation policy and a 30 day money back guarantee).

 I emailed my request, opened a ticket in their "back office" (of which they only allow you to open one) and phoned in.  Spoke with the very rude Blake and the just as rude Aisha.  When asking about the cancellation policy, they only state to "go online under the FAQ section to find out".  They refuse to verbally speak it. How are these morons still in business?

 I also found out today that they filed for bankrupty??  Someone please help with this situation!!!
