Sam G Sherman, from Tencersherman. Are they credible? should you hire them? You decide.
I had been scammed by a compnay of www.celebritytalent.net, and the owner of the company Glenn Richardson.
Glenn Richardson committed fraud, changed the terms on his website to accomadate his fraud, took money which was meant to be in Escrow for the celebrity without a confirmed booking. He claims he had a booking confimation and i have evidence for the agent they were not. After having all the evidence of him committing fraud, and a Police file against him, Glenn richardson of celebritytalent.net hired Sam G sherman as his attorney.
Sam begain sending me threating letters, to destroy my evidence i hold against Glenn Richardson of celebritytalent.net as i may of curupted it, he send threats claiming he will apply for a restraining order so i cannot contact his client and now his latest stunt? His put forward a compliant to court to sue myself, the victim of fraud, for damages to celebritytalent.net as i had posted a ripp off report on Glenn Richardson of celebritytalent.net as he has suffered losses to his company and credibility.
Glenn Richarson has been bankrupted twice and has a long histoty of court appearances for not complying with tax and laws.
i have found him not to be credible at all, and to lie in emails as i have a full history and evidence to scam me of 35 thousand dollars. I dont find him to be honest , credible or reputable at all.
What makes it worse Sam Sherman who is actually meant to be a credible attorney took on the case to defend such a scammer and actually attempt to sue me on top for damages?
Its not going to happen Sam Sherman, i dont mean to tell you the laws here as you are meant to be credible, it is not against the law to post the truth and put your opinion online.
Sam Sherman has only just started working for himself , I can understand times may be tough to get work and pay rent and staff, but i personally believe if you start your own business it is important to be credible, select your clients and not stoop to pathetic levels and scrape at the bottom of the barrel. Attorneys should be a little more selective and not represent people who have committed fraud or stolen, they should talk to thier clients to do the right thing and not try and slip through the cracks of the law and let them belive its ok to do it again. I guess if people just started off in business and are desperate to earn some dollars they will do anything to get some money off you.
So as only new to business and sending redicoulous threats and silly demands i dont find them to be credible at all.
I belive Sam Sherman needs to be more selective and maybe learn through experiences not be stoop for work, and to take on work that is credible and work with morals.
Hopefully he changes his ways and builds a successful business but it will be unlikely if the attitude wont change.
