Tenneco-Monroe what shocks you! I bought 4 shocks and truts from Pepboys. I submitted the complete rebate paperwork in a timely maner. Their response was, "The Tenneco part number is not provided on your receipt/invoice OR the pro Farmington, Michigan

Time given to resubmit was a whole 2 days!!, Who has time to go back to Pepboys automotive and launch a major investigation in 2 days when one is too busy working (or trying to find work) and raising a family. Can you make this Ripoff a little more obvious?
