While it is difficult for me to tell my story when dealing with this company, suffice it to say that I would advise anyone who is even thinking about doing business with this company to stay far, far away and go elsewhere for service. Read the reviews on this company first - they are consistent. Sales staff and customer service department are dishonest, condescending and rude when there is a problem but like wolves in sheep's clothing when they want your money.
While it is possible to obtain a refund and possibly much more if you have the will and stamina, you may have to fight with their attorneys for months and most likely they will want you to sign a confidentiality agreement to prevent the public from ever knowing about their deceitful practices. They have sent harassing emails and made phone calls consisting of solicitous offers on numerous occasions long after being told to cease and desist of all personal offers then threatened to sue if these solicitations were legally challenged as either criminal or in violation of contracts.
Anyone wishing to know how to go about receiving a refund from this company and wanting to get in contact with me be advised, by the time you read this I will most likely be bound by some sort of confidentiality agreement or another by the time you read this. I will most likely be prohibited from mentioning specifics or speaking in disparaging terms in regards to this company without breaking contract. On the brights side, such a contract does not prevent me from providing vague examples of how to go about securing a refund so long as certain conditions are met.
