Terminix They do not back up there warranty, all talk. Nobody would give me the phone number. Memphis Tennessee

I took out the policy in July of 2008,they sent a tech in March 2009.I said what about the termite barrier,"oh we will replace the damaged piece.I called the office in Lakewood,New Jersey and asked why you did not put a termite barrier up.Well you did not have it in your plane.I said I want my money back and cancell my policy.Then the corporate office says oh a check was mailed to you,Oh I.m sorry you cancelled your policy therefore no refund.

I spoke to Tori Watson after calling three times.Before that I spoke to Brenda Taylor who said miss Watson will call,guess what she did not call.They do not back up there warranty that customer satisfaction is guaranteed.Some of the Branch managers are rude and really don,t care.They would not give me the corporate number,but my computer did.Bad Company,no manners,and treat you like garbage.
