Terry Keith Hammond, aka Terry Hammond, aka Keith Hammond, currently resides and is perpitrating his scams in Jasper, Alabama. He manages the WQJJ 100.1 Fox-FM radio station in Jasper, as well as MANY Facebook pages (the most popular of these called "Walker County Area News" www.facebook.com/walkercountyareanews ). He also has a website called www.monsterfm.com. He uses all of these mediums to scam money from individuals. He was convicted of felony theft in Shamrock, Texas for altering checks made out to a radio station that he worked for (owned by the town's Economic Development Commission) and deposited them to his personal account. He was convicted and was sent to prison. Because of this, the FCC dismissed his broadcasting license for life (
Some of the known scams that Terry Keith Hammond has and is currently participating in is asking people to donate money to make-believe cause (one of his favorites involve "single-mother in need") that requests people who view his Facebook pages to send money to his monsterfm.com paypal account that is reciept as "WARN payment" (the WARN payment is another scam altogether in the form of a subscription to weather alerts). He also scams people seeking help with filing FCC applications for new radio stations. He masquerades as a "engineering consultant", but once the money comes, all contact is ceased. An example is here http://littlerock.craigslist.org/bfs/3940698387.html.
You may expect a rebuttal of this report by Terry Keith Hammond under an anonymous or fake name (such as Brett Elbore, Michael Roberts, Terry Madison, Terry Manassole, etc) (he also uses these and other aliases on Facebook) saying something to the effect that this is a personal attack by a competeing radio station or the like and insert the term "good old boy politics" somewhere. He always tries to make it seem like others are coming to his defense with "facts" that have no source that can be provided, and he is unable to debunk the facts that I have supplied with these links. These things will prove that I know who I am talking about and am well versed in his character (or lack thereof).
