Terry Smith new ebay ID is speedgreek200.  Still selling the same thing with a willing to accept a low buy it now price.  His one good feedback is the same one that gave his last ebay name a good review.  If you trace it back all his ebay name going back to May 09 are all connected.  This will be the fourth time I report him to Ebay, unfortunately it takes them a couple of days before they suspend his account.

That is basically all you can do. i would keep calling this marie caldwell lady and tell her the police will be at her door if she doesnt get ahold of this guy. all the chief of police told me was that i had to file a complaint which i did but never received a call back from them. tell her you notified police and if she can't help you out, the police will take her instead for helping out a scam artist. I will check back everyday to see if you can get it solved. if you sent the MO and have a tracking number, that would be of great help as you would have proof of it arriving (for the police to get involved). but keep me updated on how it goes. my name is charles moore. if they will allow it this way I will give you my email a different way. (((ROR redacted))) good luck.

We called the # provided and left a message for Marie Caldwell.  Still have not received a call back.  We also called the # for Terry Smith, it went straight to a voice mail (Sgt Smith...HAHA), we left 2 messages with our name and phone #, but again, still have not heard a word.

I am sending an email to the Atlanta Police Department, hoping that I will hear back from the Chief of Police.  Not for sure what info they can give, but it's worth a shot.

This website deletes email addresses so I'm not able to contact you.  Do you mind posting a phone # or some other way for us to get in touch with you?

I actually got ahold of this Terry Smith guy. Call this number and ask for Marie Caldwell (404) 755-8265. Tell her what happened and she will contact him. His actual number is the 404 number he gave out in your emails. If not his number is 404- 985-4372. Tell him you caught him and the police will be at the door of 1298 Thurgood St. in Atlanta,GA 30314 if he doesn't give you your refund. If we get enough people to call or report to the local police station, like I did, I email the cheif of police in Atlanta, we can get this guy. I did my research when I realized I had been frauded and I got my money back plus the money it cost me to ship it to him. email me at(((Redacted))) for any help on getting this guy. Put Terry Smith in subject heading and I will be glad to help if i can.

Terry Smith on overstock.com (02-26-2010) with a wii system under the name of lakerssfan1987.  You all should read his personal page, what a joke!  I reported him on overstock under the bostonfan1999 and the auction deleted...I'll do it again on this ID.

Our 'friend' (HA) has a new ID with the same wii system on ebay right now.  He's using armyfoot1400. He also has the same system on overstock.com just search under the auctions for a wii and it's on there.  (I believe the name is bostonfan1999.)  I heard from the postal system today and my package went to an address in IL (Schaumburg), I live in MO.  I was told that the package was actually a priority ENVELOPE that cost $5.60 to mail.  Postal Inspectors are anxious to hear any and all information ... you can do this online.  I urge anyone that has been screwed over by him/her/them to do the same and give as much info as you can.  I sent armyfoot1400 a little note on ebay and he/she/they said they didn't know what I was talking out.  To supposedly be going into the military he/she/they certainly do not know how to use proper english or how to spell.

Someone please figure out a way for all of us to get in touch with each other, I'd love to hear what other people have done to report this and who they have reported it to.  I even went as far as posting a warning on craigslist on the atlanta site...it was flagged and deleted (go figure).  I'll post something on Missouri under southeast MO and my email address will be on there....try sending an email with Terry Smith in the heading.

P.S. The listing city on ebay is now in TN...little a**hole sure gets around or has one hell of a buddy system.
