She is definitely a heavy drug user and vapors coming out of her apartment suggest they are cooking meth, although I am not certain about this point. I suspect that she poisoned my cat Mimi to get back at me for repeatedly calling the cops about the noise and partying. I don't have hard evidence on this, only suspicions based on reasonable belief.
I was surprised to have all these problems with this neighbor, she seems like such a nice girl, she is educated, graduated from Ryerson University and works at the Humane Society so its very troubling to see a young girl like her going down this path. Hopefully she will seek help for her drug and alcohol addictions and become a more responsible person eventually.

Further, she said that people who hide behind keyboards making groundless accusations dont belong in civilized society, and you should move to iceland, where the climate will more suit a frigid bitch like yourself.
Seriously, you have a lot of nerve making baseless accusations, without actual proof, and not the type of proof you call "reasonable belief". Jeeze Louise. This is actually libel, as you have published statements that you cannot prove on a national web site. Since there is malace intended here, Tess Morgan could collect damages from you in a law suit.
I think without Hard Evidence to show in Court, I would love to refer Tess Morgan from Toronto to a very good Attorney, and she should sue your vindictive butt off.
So Tess, if you are reading this story, because now your name can be googled, and this libelous story now sullies your good name, contact a Lawyer Referal service in your town, and take this person to court. I think you know who she is.
You should go after her, and tell her to stop hiding behind a keyboard. People like her need to be stopped!!!!!!
