I apllied for and received the materials that Testing Authority provided. I was told that if within one year I did not have a job or an offer from the USPS, my money would be refunded. Here it is a year later, I have received no offers of employment, and the phone number I have is now invalid. I have no way of contacting them to get my money back.
Does anyone have any leads on how I may recover my money?
