Texas DFPS, Texas CPS Child Protective Services THINGS HAVE TO CHANGE WITH TEXAS CPS. DAMAGING INNOCENT FAMILIES. Texarkana, Texas

Cooperating but accussed of not Cooperating no matter what you try to do as they told you need to do or what you voluntarily do without even being asked to do to help the situation because as good parents would to help their children. All the while not giving you any options but to seperate the entire family, get a divorce, or abandon your children to their other parents who are proven through court unfit to raise them and constantly being told your spouse is abusing you while you are telling them constantly that is ridiculous and CPS not taking the fact you have never been harmed by your spouse nor has there ever been any reason to believe this or evidence to that effect they continuasly harrass you about leaving your spouse who is trying everything they can to help you, your children and their own all of which we had custody of. Causing you to miss so much work trying to cooperate with them that you get fired. Costing you over $20,000 and still counting not including having to miss work and lost wages for these people and money you have paid to counselors to help your children get past the trauma CPS has put them through. Provoking ex-spouses to gain custody of your children and step children. Broke HIPPA laws by giving a non-parent or person who was authorized to receive information on my child and gave them medical information regarding my child. No matter what you say or do to help children trying to cooperate is a red flag to them. Calling your job when you specifically requested them not to because you have 3 phones they can contact you through. Forcing you to sign documents with threats of taking your children permanently, then after doing so they swap investigators due to the fact they knew they messed up, then we filed a complaint with the regional office and was told that since the investigator said it didnt happen they believed it didnt happen even though she was removed from the case and it is also in the records it happened, the complaint was not followed through for 6 months when they were supposed to address the situation within 30 days. Trying to seperate us and children as a suggestion. Constantly recieving false allegations from people that are proven through the court system to not be reliable and then immediately acting on them. Taking statements from people and putting them in records as you or your children said them and very obvious in the reports. As soon as we get an attorney involved because nothing we did was right in their eyes even though we were going above and beyond their expectations and requests the report stops and even lied within the reports on comments that were never made with attorney present!  What kind of training do these people have? They are definitely not qualified for their jobs especially dealing with children. Yes CPS is needed I agree and maybe its not all Cps workers but is very hard to believe especially after our experience with them. Closing Case after 8 months after Financialy, Mentaly, and perminitely damaging a family and then still harrassing us after their case is CLOSED. This is only brushing the surface of our case and is no where near the evidence we have against them. There is no way to explain, compensate or even imagine the EXTREME emotional, psychological, financial and physical toll  this has taken on our family and will continue to do so for the rest of our lives without Justice and even after Justice is served we have to remember and still deal with the damages that they have caused our children.
