Texas Dept Of Child Protective Services ripoff Kidnapped our son Bastrop Texas

In March of 2005 a Gestapo agent from TDCPS claimed that my wife and I abused our son and 2 other children that we were only several weeks away from adopting. When we went to court the judge stated (paraphrasing) I believe every word the (accuser) has said but since CPS can not provide any evidence, I have to let the boy go back home. Two weeks later, CPS went back to that same judge and got him to sign an illegal order to again remove our son from our home based on the fact that my wife had been accused of child abuse 20 years ago.

It took us nearly 6 weeks to get proof from our old State of residence that the accusations 20 years ago were as invalid as the current accusations. It then took the court another 2 & 1/2 months to return our son to us.

You're probably wondering about the other two children. CPS in its infinate wisdom and glory has not allowed us to even see the children in over 13 months. One of the children, who turned 3 only 5 days before being stolen from us, had lived with us from the day he was born and these a**es think they are doing him a favor.

The other child, the boy's little sister, turned 1 on the same day her brother turned 3 and had lived with us for 7 months.

One last note. Family Protective Services told me directly that I would have a better chance of getting my son back if I divorced my wife.

Would anyone like to try and tel;l me what kind of morans the state of Texas hires to "protect" its families.
