Texas International Express is a place for you to work for free. They owe company employees payroll of thousands of dollars. Everything that deals with Texas International is a scam, from truck registrations being altered, insurance being altered, to falsifying documents.
They lie to their customers about loads being late, because they have no fuel money to run but the owner (Jon Justice) and his son ( Jason Justice) manage to live in million dollar houses. Alot of employees have lost their homes, vehicles, families and their lives. Workforce/other companies send past employment verifications and they just throw them away or lie about the employee never being employed there or come up with a story so they can not be hired anywhere else.
When an employee goes to Workforce regarding their monies that they are owed, they lie and say they paid them off or they fire the employee that reports them. They keep their drivers hanging on in hopes of getting their money by giving them 200 dollars here and 500 dollars there just to keep them running because they know that they need it.
They have so many lawsuits pending that you can't even keep count. There is nobody that anyone can think of off the top of their head that this man does not owe. He has bounced payroll checks all over the state of Texas and not just the state of Texas it goes as far as Florida. Florida Department of Labor is also on them because of payroll issues.
This family is suppose to be dedicated members to First Baptist Church of Kingwood. A God-fearing family..... What an abomination!!!!!

My husband never saw the check, it house was not rebuilt. Jon kept the money. He's a scam artist, crook and more. No wonder he and his sons have million dollar homes... He never had to pay for anything. What a Jerk. Can't be a Christian (in my opinion)
