Texas Lending.com ripoff BAIT & SWITCH BEWARE SMOKIN DEAL TURNED INTO ROTTEN DEAL Dallas Texas

I called Tx.Lending.com around May 10th & asked to speak to someone about a refinance. I was put through to Lane Gregory, who I explained in DETAIL what I wanted...a NO ESCROW,NO PMI loan with a GOOD interest rate. He took my information & called me back in 30 minutes & said, "I got it done.", just like that, he told me the company name, "FLAGSTAR", as well as his contact,"DREA ROBERTS",that had given us SUCH a great deal.

In the coming weeks I was told everything was rolling right along, on schedule. I INSISTED we close by the end of the month & was given a closing date of May 31st. I got a phone call that evening saying we were NOT closing 5-31, but would close Mon. 6-4-07, & that the Title Company would come to MY HOME to close!!!That day came & went also with NO CLOSING.

I was told by Mrs.Anita Chambers, Lane Gregorys processor what was REALLY going on, NO APPROVAL FROM FLAGSTAR FOR ESCROW WAIVER...We would HAVE to have an Escrow account in order to close this loan & our credit had been pulled SO much in the time I was working with Lane Gregory that our credit score had DROPPED over 100 POINTS in that month!!! I made the decision not to pay my house payment for the month of May, as I was told we were closing by the 31st, & was also told that due to this I may have to pay some interest on the days for not making Mays payment to my current mortgage company. I now know that not making that payment hurt my credit score, BUT over 20 CREDIT PULLS in MAY alone tells me SOMEONE was shopping my loan, ALOT, & we thought we were APPROVED!!!! It ought to be illegal to promise, send "GOOD FAITH" estimates, & pull peoples credit down & take NO RESPONSIBILITY for IT, AT ALL!!!! We will try again NEXT YEAR to save some of our HARD EARNED money...as it will take that long to REBUILD our Credit.
