I mailed in my scratch off lottery ticket from Hernando USPS to the Texas Lottery Claims center in Austin Tx. Of course they claim it has never arrived. So I asked for an email to be sent to the Lost Letter dept in Atlanta, Ga describing letter and I only got the run around from all of the above.

You had a lottery ticket worth a couple of million and couldn't get off from work? SO QUIT! Couldn't get a ride? Call a cab. Better yet, HIRE A LIMO!
Liar.

A couple of years ago I got the winning lottery ticket worth a couple of millon. I couldn't get off of work to claim my prize and no one would give me a ride. I put it in an envelope with a stamp and mailed it to the lottery claim center in Austin. They never received it and won't take my word for it. I think someone at the post office stole it. What can I do?

I would think that common sense would have kicked in here on something important like a winning lottery ticket that would have told you to send it by some kind of trackable means.
Good old fashioned common sense.
No rip off. Just stupidity on your part.
