My wife ordered one bottle of MonaVie Fortified Juice and paid $39.84. They said it would be shipped in 3-5 days. A couple of weeks went by and we still didn't get the order. I called them to find out about my order and a customer service rep told me they shipped it but will look into it. Over a month went by and we still didn't get the bottle of MonaVie Juice. We called them numerous times and their customer service rep kept giving us the run around. Wegot tired of their BS and called thecredit card company to dispute the charge but that takes time to finalize. Then when we got our credit bill, there wasfour ununathorized charges on it from other companies! I had to call the credit card company to report it andcancel the card. What a nightmare, all over a stupid bottle of juice. They are abunch of lying thieves.

..what did they say was in this bottle of juice that you would pay almost 40 dollars for it? I know you realize now you made a big mistake, anyone can, we are only human. And it seems apparent this report is legit. But I can imagine if this company could get you to pay 40 bucks for a bottle of juice, it was not too difficult for them to sucker you into lord knows what else.

You claim in the report that the charges were unauthorized but what often turns out to be the case...especially with anything to do with Acia Berries and other diet/health scams and there is no shortage of complaints, that you did in fact authorize charges, but were deceived and hence unaware that you did in fact authorize charges.

The best way for anyone to avoid this hassle and drama, is to simply refuse to submit any account information out online or anywhere for that matter, until a careful investigation is done regarding whom you are about to submit sensitive account information to.

What makes Acia Berry scams a tough case..is these scammers have flooded the internet with advertisements and use the term "scam" and "complaint" and "ripoff" etc in with the search engine. So what happens is if during researching one is not aware...they are led right onto another website that is nothing more then an advertisement disguised as a "report", claiming that yes...they are scams EXCEPT for this one...and then it ends up it is a scam as well, not 25%, not 50%, not 75%..but 100% of the time..every time.
